Camp Liberty and the Shiawassee County Chapter of Pheasants Forever are pleased to offer this fall’s Veterans’ Pheasant Hunt. The morning session will be devoted to disabled Veterans and the afternoon session will be offered to all active-duty military personnel and Veterans. This free hunt will include four pheasants per hunter, guides with experienced hunting dogs, lunch, clay target shooting warm-up, and fellowship by the fire.
The hunt will take place at Camp Liberty, 7044 Kappler Drive, Brooklyn, Michigan. Adaptive equipment and loaner shotguns will be available. Applications via Facebook or Direct Messenger will not be accepted.
Applications must be received before October 20. Those selected will be notified by email. Participants will be selected through a random drawing. Alternates will also be selected in case someone cannot attend.
